2. Shipping: After we receive an order, we will email backa confirmation saying that we received your order. Within a coupleof days we will schedule a shipping date and notify you with asecond email.

The second email will contain the shipping date, the name of thedelivery company, our estimate of the date and time of delivery toyou, and a tracking number, so you can track your shipment from usto you. We will also send you some information about how to prepareto receive the fish. 

 

3. Packing: Size of box is 45.5 x 60.5 x 28.5 (in centimeters). Inone box can fill (approximate): 6cm x 50 - one layer (fill ofbags), 6cm x 100 - two layer (For not long distance, e.g. Taiwan.). 8cm x 50, 10cm x 30 or 12-13cm x 16 - one layer the individualfish is in Three-layer plastic bags with full oxygen. Beforepacking I will not feeding the fish, In order to make no waste inbags. Charge 10US dollars for packaging per box.

All payments must be in U.S. Dollars and must be received by usbefore we ship. Please do not send us cash or personal checks.
